IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using SexualKingdom.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. This document contains a waiver of the right of withdrawal for digital content and strict chargeback policies.

Welcome to SexualKingdom. By creating an account or using the Service (website, mobile app, or related features), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SexualKingdom, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility (18+ Only)

The Service is exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. By using the Service, you legally warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that accessing adult and AI-generated entertainment is legal in your country. We may require age verification where required by law. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Service. Lumeo Vision s.r.o. bears no liability if a minor fraudulently bypasses the age verification gate.

3. Nature of the Service & AI-Generated Content

SexualKingdom is a fantasy chat entertainment platform. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that all chat partners, models, images, videos, and text conversations on the platform are primarily generated, operated, and enhanced by Artificial Intelligence (AI), alongside professional moderators. Real-life meetings are not possible.

No content on the Platform depicts real human beings or real events. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. You are purchasing access to fictional, automated AI entertainment, not interacting with real individuals.

4. Registration & Account

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Coins & Purchases

The Service offers both free and paid features. Paid features require "Coins" (virtual credits).
Coins have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
Expiration: Coins expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
Purchases are processed via selected payment providers. All fees are disclosed before purchase.
Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory law.
We may change pricing and availability at any time.

6. VIP Subscriptions

We offer optional subscription plans (e.g., FAN, SUPERFAN) that provide additional benefits such as:

Access to locked/premium content
Daily bonus Coins
Exclusive features and priority support

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

7. Premium Content (PPV)

Some photos, videos, and media content may be locked and require Coins to unlock (Pay-Per-View). Once unlocked, content is accessible for the duration specified at purchase. We do not guarantee permanent availability of any content.

8. Virtual Gifts & Tips

Users may send virtual gifts or tips to profiles using Coins. Virtual gifts are for entertainment purposes only, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed or transferred. All gift transactions are final.

9. Feed & Posts

The Service may include a feed featuring posts, images, and updates from virtual profiles. This content is created for entertainment and may be fictional or AI-generated. Users may interact with posts (like, comment) subject to our content policies.

10. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Provide false information about your identity or age
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Share or request illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual content
Share personal contact details or arrange real-world meetings
Use the Service for commercial purposes or advertising
Attempt to bypass security, moderation, or age verification
Upload malware or harmful code
Scrape data or use automated bots

We operate a strict 3-Strike Policy monitored by our proprietary system ("AikoModerator"):

Strike 1: Warning and content removal.
Strike 2: 7-day account suspension.
Strike 3: Permanent account ban.

Violations of these rules, especially regarding illegal content or harassment, may result in immediate account termination. If your account is banned, all remaining Coins and subscription days are instantly forfeited without a refund.

11. Content Rights

All content provided by SexualKingdom (software, design, images, profiles) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any content without permission.

12. Privacy & Data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. We use cookies for essential functionality and analytics.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at your request. Upon termination, any remaining Coins are forfeited. You may delete your account at any time.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Coins in the 6 months preceding the claim, or â‚¬100, whichever is greater.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.

17. Loss of Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

WAIVER OF CANCELLATION RIGHT: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, when you purchase Coins or a VIP Subscription, the digital content is provided immediately. By making a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (14-day refund period) once the content or Coins are applied to your account. All sales are final.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

20. Refund Policy

All purchases of Coins (credits) on SexualKingdom are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. By purchasing Coins, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Coins/Credits: Once purchased, Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or refunded. Coins have no real-world monetary value.
Subscriptions: VIP subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
Pay-Per-View Content: Once unlocked, PPV content purchases are non-refundable.
Virtual Gifts: All virtual gift transactions are final and non-refundable.
Technical Issues: If you experience a technical error during purchase (e.g., double charge, failed delivery of Coins), please contact us at contact@sexualkingdom.com within 48 hours. We will investigate and issue a credit or refund where appropriate.
EU Consumers: Under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, by using purchased Coins or accessing digital content, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires once the digital content has been accessed or consumed.
Chargebacks & Fraud Policy: We take fraudulent payment disputes seriously. Filing an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal through your bank will result in an immediate and permanent account ban and forfeiture of all remaining Coins. Furthermore, SexualKingdom (Lumeo Vision s.r.o.) reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and may pursue legal debt collection actions to recover the disputed funds and associated bank penalty fees.
